Review: Another entertaining little short story, though this one almost seems too short to justify its own Goodreads-entry. It’s an origin story of the piece of technology making it possible to efficiently travel between planets, which is kind of a pre-requisite for the rest of the story taking place. It’s interesting as an addendum to the story, and well-written, but even for a short story it just seems a little too. It has the feeling of there being a little more to the story that could also have been told.
